Brooklyn Heavy

Bottom picture is the car Heavy bought at Bluegrass Dragway from Billy Stepp I believe. The hood scoop is the same. In the old video it was pullin the wheels 2 foot of the ground and in 2 gear also.

I forgot to mention the reason the "Billy the Kid" Challenger was there was to match race with Bill "Grumpy" Jenkins in his Pro Stock Vega.

I talked ot Rufus on a couple occasions. The 70 Camaro in the article went to a guy on Long Island, he wasn't sure who. The 70 Camaro with the wild pumpkin paint scheme was the old Butch Leal Camaro. I didn't realize he ran so many race cars. He also told me Grumpy's 68 was sold to a named Sylvester Rogers from the area and was wrecked in a trailer accident. Other people seem to think that car is still alive? Who knows??

The pro Stock vega in the pictures was very competitive also. Heavy won the DIV-1 points meet with that car. Also I don't believe Billy "the kid" Stepp was an angel either. Rumor has it! Both campaigned fast, competitive cars though.
