Kim
I just got off the phone with your transport company and they are dropping the car off here in a day or so. They said I could drive it for at least a week before they had to take it to the next stop.

If your car is worth at least 2K,.then it is. Try suing an out of state truck driver, using someone else's out of state rig, with little if any cargo insurance, and no bonding, for the door ripped off your pride and joy and the hundreds of miles he put on your car while showing off to his friends back home.

I'll pay the 2k,.and most times, a lot less, to make sure my car gets to me in great shape while driven by a responsible professional working for a licensed, bonded, and insured company.

Here is the quote I got from them from Maine to near Atlantic City, N.J.
Thank you for requesting a quote from FedEx Custom Critical AutoTrans. Your quote has been
individually prepared for you according to your service requirements. The cost to ship your 1969
CHEVROLET CAMARO SS L78 via a Fully Enclosed Transport, from WALDOBORO, ME to WEST CREEK, NJ on a
standard delivery schedule will be $939. ##. This price includes the following: all taxes, tolls
fuel surcharges and loading charges. Finally, if you have not already done so, when you book your
shipment, you must specify whether the vehicle is running or not since an additional winching fee
will apply and we must be certain to dispatch a transporter with winching equipment. NOTE THAT WE
CANNOT SHIP VEHICLES THAT ARE NOT STEERABLE OR ROLLABLE OR NOT ON RUBBER TIRES.
