i dont think i would try to start it, it would wipe the cam out almost imediatly, maybe prime the oil pump but still risky.

Charley
I see you posted a pic of the one rear spiral shock. Can you catch the other rear part number, sticker & date as well? And if at all possible, can you relay the Front spiral shock numbers, broadcast stickers and dates from both sides too?..Pics aren't really necessary, but appreciated as I know how difficult it can be to get in these areas, especially the fronts. I'm curious to see how close all four of these actually do match up. Thank You.. |

Left rear off for the first time. arrgh.. [/ QUOTE ] I don't see any drum retaining spring type clips. Were they not in use at that time? I used to rip them off with side cutters and toss them. Great pics Charlie! Keep them coming. ![]()

No it had no clips. Had a cobweb that I thought was a clip though. It will be a bit before I get near the other shocks.

same wire goes up and loops over the TCS wire harness. If I were putting this car back together I would not have looped it over. Might mean nothing but just the kind of crap I like. Also notice the pink lettering on the trans.
