When i was in college, i hunted down a car lead, in an old part of st louis..a Hemi Cuda...i found the car and it wasnt a Hemi car..it was a Plum Crazy AAR Cuda..chained to a tree with a log chain, that the links had to be 3/4 inch thick bar for the links...
this was in the early eighties, when a ruff car like it was was not a big deal or very valuable..he didnt want it to get stolen i guess....it had a pad lock on it so small a claw hammer would have busted it open..i laffed when i saw this pic, and it brought back memories

Utah drivers might soon be able to run red lights under certain conditions, thanks to a bill that passed through the state's House of Representatives on Monday. The state Senate will now consider the legislation, which would allow drivers to pass through red lights on highways with a speed limit of 55 miles per hour or lower after coming to a complete stop for at least 90 seconds. The bill adds that the driver must also reasonably determine that the stoplight has not detected their presence, that no other vehicles are approaching the intersection and that no other safety hazards are present. |

As car after car slammed into each other in whiteout conditions on a Wisconsin highway, 911 dispatchers handled hundreds of calls from frightened motorists. The chain-reaction accident Sunday, on Interstate 41 in Neenah, Wisconsin, involved 131 vehicles, according to the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office. |
