I asked Mr C's son if he asked his father why he said that the Chevelle was a 427 car. He said that his dad told him he confused the car with a 427 425hp Impala that he had. Like we have said before it is weird how peoples memorys work after 30-35+ years.

BTW I had an offline conversation with Bill Pritchard and he said that he is going to dig up the photo's of his old Brigance Nova and send them to me so I can post them!

Well here are the vintage pics that I promised of Bill Pritchards Brigance Nova.

Nice hair Bill!

Notice the Brigance dealer decal!

From Bill.

The one with the trunk lid (and the snow) was taken in about February of 1976. You can see the Brigance sticker. The other two pictures were taken at my friend Fred's house in downstate Illinois in about early April of 1976. Fred's black 73 Z28 is shown in one of the photos. The other photo has me in the center, my wife Marilee in the pink outfit, and Fred's wife Gail in the blue denim. As I was scanning the pictures Marilee is giving me grief for ever selling that car. She is right. I should have sold my 73 Z28 and kept the Nova. When I bought it in December of 1975 it had 13,000 miles on it. I was the first one to ever drive it in the snow.

Marlin, read the second post of this thread on page 1. Bill is a member here and gave all the details. I thought I would post the pics for him.
