I think that car is a Plymouth Twister based on the body lines and stripe.

From what Mark has told me, the Z stripes were on the copo when his dad bought it from a friend in the early part of 71. The hood tach was added buy his dad but did not know what kind of car it came from... Burnouts.

I bet that ain't no 69 Z/28. Not running SS/DA,.I bet it is a 396 or 427 car with a 400 turbo. What drag strip is that? Looks like there is a name on the car.

[/ QUOTE ]My mistake the picture above is from Detroit dragway.The car is a copo automatic console,no gauges,standard interior..The name on the car is "the red lighter" From what his son has told me his dad was poking fun at himself for red lighting so much when he first started out.
