Wow How can you let a Shelby end up like that. He has got to know what it's worth. I also like that style fairlane. I would love a BVlack 69 Formal roof 428, 4 speed. And if yer gonna drink PBR drink it in a bottle it's much better !!!

The old guy who owns it is a recluse!!! He just drinks his life away. Both of his doors to his shack were cluttered with empty beer cans! A client of mine told me to offer him 45K for Shelby, and the daughter turned us down. The car is worth maybe 125K restored, so 45K was a good price for them for that car. It was unmolested, so we went high on the car. A real shame, because the car gets more rot every year it sits! The Torino CV is a very rare car in deed. The drivetrain was intact!

I have never seen a Camaro trunk lid so rusted that the two halves fell apart. All that rust but the bumper looks good.

Charlie,

Yeah, very strange. I have another barn find 70 Judge 4 speed I'll post tomorrow; one I found in Ohio. The block of this Judge was buried by the owner's Dad ( a farmer) who took a tractor and buried the block when his kid got in trouble with the law. The block sat for 25 years until I found the car.

If I get over that way today, I'll try to take some more pictures of the Camaro. That was a pic from the car.

If that green Camaro was a COPO it would be very fixable.
