Hi Dave!
Yes! I've been fitting the grilles to the car. These are the ones made from Martelleria in Germany that restores these for BMW. I am currently waiting on the driver's side outer grille surrounds to be made and shipped, then I'll fit that to the car too. The 3D printed plastic grilles I had made were just about perfectly sized, but the metal lip around the edge needed to be formed better. If you look closely, the grille sets into the metal which rounds over. The grille doesn't sit on top on the metal. It's a subtle detail, but it matters. I'm close. I like the way its looking. More to come and It should be in paint in a few months! Cheers Dave

It's a very slow process with these details but think the end result will be well worth it.
