Looks like it has some Shelby bits on it but is not a real Shelby Mustang. Cool car though.

It am always surprised how a Very Popular body style car can be left to the elements. It's hard the find any 1967 - 1970 fastback Mustang in roller condition for less than $15,000.00 now a days. I will be curious to see what this will sell for (if it's even listed for sale)

Notice that the inner fenders have been modified. Safe to assume the car had a big block in there right.
