Appliance Wheels
Hi all.
I what look to be 2 x 14" Appliance torque thrust style wheels that I have a couple of questions about. Can anyone tell me what the model name or number may be as I'm guessing Torque Thrust is owned by American Racing? The centres have been painted at some point. Does anyone know whether they were painted from the factory or were raw? Did Appliance make a skinny, frontrunner in this style? Say a 4.5" or 5"? TIA.

Managed to find an old ad. Spoke Mag is what they are listed as.

99.9% sure those aren't Appliance mags. Appliance mags have deeply recessed lug holes. You can even see it in the wheel pictured in the ad.

Those Appliance Wire Mags were on 1/2 of the 71-72 Chevelles around Pittsburgh in the 70's, as well as a lot of second gen Camaros.

Pretty confident they are Appliance, but happy to be proven wrong. There seems to be a lot out there that have the same wheel, without the deep recessed lug hole, and claiming them to be Appliance? My wheels have the "Japan" stamping on the rear, as they all supposedly do. Another couple to compare.
