Guy claims to have found a 68 Yenko in AZ. Red missing front end but has 140 speedo. Vin N459580

Exactly... and the door jamb tag...

He says it is missing the front end... how cool would it be if the Hood on Dana's 68 Yenko was the one off of this car?

Very exciting! I love these barn find stories. Here is a pic of my original emblems, for what it's worth. I haven't started tearing the car apart yet, but have been busy collecting things for it. I am in talks now with a familiar restorer. And, unless he has my orig hood to trade, he is not getting mine.

looks like they're the correct raw potmetal, then painted...Again, no chrome emblems til the 70 stick ons... here's both versions for comparison... the chrome 70 style, painted 68/69 style, and a raw 68/69 style with paint removed. Note the stars on the chrome ones are bigger than the 68/69 versions...There's actually at least 2 different versions of the 70 ones too, with a difference in the shape of the "O". Yeah, I have too much time on my hands.
