Re: trim tag as yenko
It looks like there are a few 02D built Lemans Blue Yenko Camaros with a BDY # that would fall into the 2197XXX range. The style trim 02D built cars have a much higher BDY #. I don't know if it is a real tag, some of the characters are a little off from some original examples but who knows. I would like to see the back of the tag.

Re: trim tag as yenko
Does the registry keep sequence data and/or just VINS? Sounds like Doug knows this tag is legit, but does falling within the sequence possibilities actually confirm it is a Yenko? Why would the tag not be 100% uncovered? I get covering the last digits of the body sequence, but why cover the other lines/numbers?

Re: trim tag as yenko
That's definately 100% a repop tag. It was probably made it up because they knew the body number range.

Re: trim tag as yenko
I looked it over close to the 03D on my Z and it appears to be a repop.
