A Pro Bono Consignment from Danny Donald Tarquini.

In the owners own words >>>

Looking to find a new home for my 1970 Chevelle LS6. We have had a great run with the car and want to find someone who will appreciate it as much as we have. Just a little bit about the car.

-CRV Coded CE Block LS6 454 V8 Big-block engine
-M22 Rock Crusher 4 Speed Transmission original to the car
-78 78 Black Cherry Paint

Cowl-induction hood, SS rims with bias-ply tires
Includes original factory-build sheet, Arligton Texas Plant. Complete Smog System is MISSING.
Everything works on the car inside & out, it has been incredibly maintained and if anything needed attention it was done with genuine GM parts
Car is currently located in San Carlos, CA and we can help arrange to ship
Asking Price: $103,000 or best offer

Private message me for phone number and I'll hook you up with the owner.
NOTE my Bad put the wrong axle ratio in the title, it is a CRV 3.31 Posi Rear Axle.

UPDATE >>> after looking closely to the photos, I noticed the rims looked off in size so I asked the owner if the rims were original to the car.
They are in fact 15" aftermarket rims with 60 series 15" Firestone Bias Ply tires.

----Good eye XXX! Actually like this change. Fills up the wheel wells a bit better. Easy enough to change, I guess.....Bill S

Is that the correct hood? For a later car shouldn't it have crumple zones?

All though car was built in May of 1970 it does have the earlier style 3 piece hood with full pie frames and no crumple zones. Some later cars did get the run of the earlier stock Cowl Induction hoods at specific plants IMO
