Default Help Identify GM Molding 7748131

Can anybody with more resources than me help identify this molding? I have tried my GM books and Google with no results.

It is not listed in my '71 P & A Manual. By '68, p/ns were 7795xxx so it must be early '60s.

That's what I'm thinking, or if the trim for 2 tone paint would be different than a vinyl roof ?? His piece certainly looks like it would be for some application like this.
