When you have the best musclecar site on the internet, you no doubt will get know-it-alls and keyboard commandos trying to puff themselves up by offering their "opinions". I encourage any and all to wade into the musclecar pool, the water's nice - just don't s#*t in it.

Not holding anything back COPO all i,am saying it would be nice to see some validated paper work , is it a real side pipe car or not lets see some paperwork , i believe what Tim is saying its a N11 and not a side pipe car ,Tim first brought up this Vin# at the start all it all , i know it was Gary Seymour and it still on the 67 registry as a owner, I,am just trying to track down validated 67 L71 Red/Red Coupe with validated paper work .

Bill S, , there are special cut notches on the bird cage done by hydraulially pierced with a die its would be hard to do and copy and bracket not been threaded all that could be done and copy if done properly, but its best that to have a validated Tank Sticker or factory paperwork to back up if it's a factory side pipe car or not, hope it not AO Smith body.

Nothing at all, Danny. It's probably best to not say negative things about other cars in the process. That's why I posted what I did about my familiarity with the tank sticker on the car. I'll make this my last comment.

Absolutely Bill I don’t doubt you at all , I can also tell you also , the problem is when the owner tell you it’s factory side pipe and it not , so how do you deal with someone like that , thats why paper work help to explain sometime ,

I don't quite understand the mindset where you think the owners of red/red 435 coupes needs to prove to you their car is fully documented in a certain configuration to your satisfaction. If you are purchasing their car, then yes absolutely you need to be satisfied.
