'66 GTO 4-speed Original Paint Car, Red on Red, Owned since '76
The long-time-owned cars are really coming out of the woodwork this evening. This one looks like a sweet machine.
I stand corrected on the trans - this one looks like it has the Dearborn 3-speed judging by the shift pattern on the ball. Link to 1967 GTO auction |

Fronts seats have been recovered, not original paint, and the wood dash is not in great shape. 55k miles, no chance.

I noticed the front seat covers looked to be aftermarket. How can you be sure of the paint?

No pinstripe, overspray on door striker and the 3 bolts for the door latch, and rubber window trim.
