Look at the date code chart here
AI does not sound right ? LOF correct ?

Assuming I'm reading the CRG chart correct:
First letter A = Sept
2nd letter I = 1975

September of 1969 LOF would be AV
August of 1969 LOF would be TV

I'm assuming that the LOF dates are calendar year, not model year? If your car was built in 1968 calendar year:
September of 1968 would be AX
August of 1968 would be TX

E Z Eye = not original.

"Supplier and non-GM OEM Tradenames
Glass supplier tradenames, like "Duplate," "Solex," "E-Z-Eye," and "SunShade" do not appear on GM OEM glass. "
