You do, hence the stripe delete if you did not want them. Ditto for the hood pins. If you ordered a non flapper cowl hood you had to order the stripes and hood pins.

Really? No. It's a special order color, not a COPO. Kinda big difference....

Kurt,
nice job recognizing that it is a fake car.

The Yellow LS6
This car was in my garage back when Mark bought it. Rick came up and we crawled all over this car as it a fairly original then.
No stripes were on it and I don't recall that steering wheel. I have loads of pics of this car.
The paint code was on the tag.

I can't understand why someone would slap stripes on this car if was a stripe delete. I live by the rule if it came with the car it should leave with it and vice versa. If it didn't have it then don't add it.

To pull more money, of course. This isn't rocket science.

Yep Rick, I remember that steering wheel. That car came straight from Cali to Minnesota. If I recall right it survived the Northridge Earthquake in a garage but had a few dents from stuff falling on it.

Yep, the boys are right. In fact, Jonesy was the recipient of the car and some mice that were in it!
