Blacked out tail panel would be for big block SS Camaro's I believe.

I'm thinking he's talking about the sellers claim that those items are correct? I assumed he's talked with the seller "those folks".

Yes, sorry about confusion. Shot the sellers an email and that's exactly how they replied.
No Head rest and real panel black.
