I hope I can see this car in person and how it compares to mine (very similar, except for mileage). Mine is 4 months later so there will likely be differences. When my car was invited to a vintage display there years ago, I learned so much from folks on how to tell a car's originality.

If I am reading my historical temperatures right for Cincinnati in the 4 week of February 1969 the temps were between 15 and 20 degrees that week, SO the tail panel looks exactly as it should given the cooler reflow reaction in the final oven.

On February 26th and again on the 27th it dropped to 0 degrees in Erlanger KY at the airport where the records were taken.

On the 26th It was 0 at the start of the shift and again at the end of shift.
on the 27th it was 0 at mid shift on DAY shift.

Norwood was another 20 miles north of there so its very likely temps could have been well below zero at the plant when these temps were recorded.
