I wonder if this car is still around? 1968 L78 Camaro
I was chatting over FB with an uncle who was really into Chevy muscle cars back in the day, and he mentioned he had been 2nd owner of a 1968 L78 Camaro, he said it was green and I've since sent him the paint codes to see if he could figure out what it was. I showed him pics of green 68's and he's pretty sure it was British Rally Green.. Black vinyl top. He added 4.56 gears.
First owner: Doctor Second owner: Nicky D (Carney's Pt area, NJ) I'll keep asking him for more info. ***Edited color to British Rally Green. Last edited by Pro Stock John; 03-20-2023 at 07:20 PM. |

I had the photos posted here several years ago. Maybe you'll have a better result searching here for "Flemington Cruise Night" ?

BINGO! I have spoken to this guy before and he has owned this car for many decades, here in NJ. Those blue license plates are from the 1970's. I took these photos in July, 2006.

That car appears to be British Green and it has the RS equipment as well. Not a match to the one at the top of the page which has standard grille and no style trim chrome.

He traded the car into a Chevy Dealer, I ask him which one and the year.
