Jim, a guy in Arizona has many he restored. (Chevycool1) He is on Ebay with many for sale. $195.00 rebuilt.

Default 692 waterpump

Ive called chevycool a few times as well as looking on ebay for those months . Theres never a 9a, 9b or a 9c . Even tried bill mock a few times . Ive been told by a few people jan, feb , and march 692 .. waterpumps .... are the most difficult months to locate ...... Thanks... jim .

Hi Jim. I see that ChevyCool has a couple in your time frame. They are the #3927170 Tonawanda pumps. Chevy used both suppliers.

Hi sam,.. i didnt know the 170 pumps were used as well as the 692 pumps on 69 dz motors . I will look into that ..... Thanks jim

170 was used at the Tonawanda = T on Engine Pad
Flint used 692 = V on Engine Pad

Yes, they are! Even Bill Mock doesn't have anything available.

Tonawanda 170 pumps are not correct for the Flint DZ engines. 692 pump is what you need.

Jim,
I'm reluctantly willing to sell you this pump for it was for my personal car, which is an 03D build (V0314DZ). The pumps operating condition is unknown, but its definitely restorable.

The date is C 4 9 (March 4, 1969)
