Default 13,000 Survivor COPO

I dont post very often, I usually listen and learn from
the very knowledgable members of this board. I just got home from a local cruise night were I saw my first COPO.
I have bean dreaming about these cars for along time and I finally saw one and what a car it was. It is a 13,000
mile all original paint #s matching MN Code M-22 BE rear.
It had a dyno by Debs sticker on the shroud. (waterbury, CT COPO debs?). The car had 11,000 miles on it when he purchased it.
This owner has owned the car since 1980 and it has sat in his garage. He has the POP,COPO cert. and alot of dealer paperwork. I am sure many of you know this car It is black
and it has a AM/FM 4 speaker stereo and a rear defroster.
P.S. You could offer him the world and he would not let it go. His lucky kid is going to inherit the car. I am meeting him next week and will get digital pics to post.

I had so many questions for him I can't remember now.
We did mention Scuncio but I believe it came from another dealer. Anyone who has questions on this car, just ask and I will find out next week. Some people did remember it from CT dragway in the 1970s.

Could be a Loehman Chev. car from Waterbury, CT. Or, W.R.Austin Chev. in Norwalk, CT. I think Scuncio is the only dealer in that general area though that sold COPO Camaros, Austin sold some Yenko Camaros and Deuces as did Loehman.

Is'nt Debs the organization that the CT COPO that was a basket case recently on Ebay raced for? The low mile car that had been sitting for 20 years or so that the owner was so $$$$$$ proud of?
