Default Peoria IL Cars & Coffee

Went down to visit my brother yesterday and was able to take in the local Cars and Coffee cruise with him. Great show with a lot of interesting stuff show up. Weather was perfect. Took the wife's SS and Dave took his badass 68 Camaro.

Besides hanging out with my brother, the highlights for me were the brand new ZR-1 Corvette and a stunningly original 427 Galaxie.

Very cool! Thanks for posting! They always shut downthe C&Cs here due to morons not understanding this show isn't on the Circuit of Americas raceway I think they're on their 5th venue now after getting kicked out of the rest.

Cheers
Dave

----Dave's car is looking real good and like the new SS as well. But my pick would be the 65 GTO post car. Thanks for the great pics, Jake!..….Bill S

Thanks Graeme - I'll let Dave chime in here for the details on his 68. The only thing I'll say is the drivetrain combination works very well......

Mark - the pictures do not do it justice. I'm not a Ford guy so certainly no expert - but other than an older partial re-paint from the belt line up it appeared untouched.
