This 69 Chevelle SS has a 638 and produces well over 1,000 horsepower. It was built and painted by Jack Stone who is one of the best painters in my area. His shop is just a mile or so from where I work. This car was featured in the January '15 issue of RPM magazine. It was bid to $120K and sold later in the Bid Goes On.

This Fathom Blue 70 Chevelle SS LS6 is an automatic car that was sold new at Hoke Chevrolet in Lyndhurst OH. According to the ad it is an original drivetrain car that is documented with a build sheet and POP. It sold for $71K. I think what hurt the selling price was the fact that it is a bench seat car with a column shift and it went through the auction early on Friday.
