Trade: 68 Chevy k10 shortbox restored
Been throwing the idea of trading my 68 Chevy k10 pickup. I restored this truck about 8 years ago. I’ve put about 50 miles on it in that time. I’ve been collecting 67-72 trucks for a long time. When I restored it, I tried to make it the best I could. Pictures don’t do it justice.
I restored the truck to factory specs. Plated all the original hardware. Used everything nos possible (tailgate, weatherstripping, lenses, etc) Truck is painted in emamel, it’s factory color. We left a small amount of orange peel in the paint like factory. Underside of the truck is as nice as the top painted orange oxide primer with small amount of factory type overspray. No undercoating to hide anything. Original drivetrain, 250 cid 6 cyl, 3 speed on the column. Still has its original spark plug wires on it. I believe the truck shows around 60k miles . Truck started out a very clean example. Used by an older gal with an apple orchard in a town close by. This is a Very rare truck to find in 4x4, and a shortbox.
