Day 2 Cal Custom Wood Shifter Knobs and Valve Cover Breathers NOS
I bought all these parts over 10 years ago from a speed shop that closed in the 70's. I didn't have time to mess with them at the time and they got rat holed deep into storage. There was a post about one of these vintage shifter knobs that was on a Chevelle that was recently being discussed and a member said they were looking for one. I remembered I had them and dug them out for him. Unfortunately, the term rat holed ended up being literal and a couple of shift knobs did not survive mother nature's wrath. The good news is, most of them survived.
Since I had these pulled out, I figured I may as well snap a few pictures and post them here in case anyone is after these. There are universal style shift knobs that attach to 5/16, 3/8, and 1/2 inch threads in SS, 3 speed, 4 speed, and plain designs. There are also knobs made specifically for ITM style reverse lockout shifters found in 64-67 Chevelles, Nova, Impalas, and 64-70's Corvettes in SS, 4 speed, and plain styles. There is also one Camaro lettered knob that fits 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2 inch threads. These knobs are $100 each except for the Camaro one which is $250. There also also a number of Cal Custom chrome breathers. There are the small twist on types that were used on Motion cars with the Ansen covers, small push in style, and large push in style as shown. $75 each for these.
