Wow! I'm almost positive I saw Monkey's Toy run back in the day. I've shared it before, but I grew up about 5 miles from that starting line at North Star. That's I-35W behind the starting line, burnout smoke wafting across the freeway most summer weekends. I'm not really a dedicated drag car guy, but I'd be tempted if I still lived in Mpls. It would look nice Day 2'd ala the first pic.

Hi Rick-I lived in Mounds View a couple blocks away from Pinewood Elementary on County Road I. My Dad is actually putting the house on the market this week☹️.

Ya I have seen that car before also. Seems like a decent price for a turn key racer.
