Scammer ? Alert
Received a message in response to my post looking for a 227 pitman arm. Said to email [email protected] - claimed he was parting out a car. Asked for photos and he sent pics from old threads on this site and Camaro.net. I'm new to TSR so this might be old news but I thought it was best to share.

Always be cautious of gmail contact addresses. Lots of scammers use gmail for their activities.

Got the same thing. Though I first received a PM from someone who told me to email the same guy mentioned above.

Hell, as a non seller, I question why there would even be a need to use e-mail off this site when buying parts from a member. That alone is a huge red flag to me.

Scammer Alert
Member gregbent31 was a member who recently joined Feb 23rd. He recommended [email protected] a couple of times.
His email is [email protected] I googled and got this alert: Country South Africa - Stop Forum Spam Stop Forum Spam https://www.stopforumspam.com › country gregbent31. Email. [email protected]. Location. South Africa. Evidence. 6-Mar-23 19:59. IP Address. 161.123.5.189. He had PM'd and emailed members and is now banned. Thanks MYSTERCHEVELLE!
