I had similar grade paper and made my own. Have several left over. I know, not the solution you asked for. Then, I “antiqued” it after installing.

Is Don's version the original paper type that you need to glue to the decklid?

I believe he offers it in two versions?; w/adhesive & w/o adhesive.

Is the part number specific to a '69 Camaro, or is it generic across the GM line and years ? I need them for a '66 Chevelle, '67 Camaro, and '70 Chevelle.

It's generic across the Chevrolet line during that era Mitch.
Not sure if other GM lines used this one too,I want to say no,based on brief others I've seen.
