Default New Generation of Motion Camaros - What Happened?

Just kinda curious about what happened with the new generation of Motion Camaros that were going to go into production. I remember the red one rolling across the auction block at B-J a couple of years ago and everybody was expecting to see several more similar ones popping up but I've never seen anymore at all besides the initial red one. What happened?

i think those are strictly a "MADE TO ORDER" car. I'm not positive on that but, with the price and the economy im sure these things arent being rapidly produced

Motion should make a LS7 version of the 5th Gen Camaro. They would sell a lot!!

The gaudy pro street cars they are trying to over-charge for look terrible....

I thought i read that the 169K and 189K were for the existing 1969 bodied cars... the 2009 and beyond Camaros are the cost of the car plus $60K starting for basic, goes up from there as to what you want. I talked to Larry at motion and it is basically a 2-3 month wait for the car to be ordered, then the time to do the modifications. Again the more radical, the longer..

Build 'em the way they basically looked in the late 60's, early 70's and you'll probably sell a boat load of them, keep the option list handy if anybody wants the silly wheels and flares etc. I have to figure that the majority of the target audience for these remember the old versions anyway. How many kit Cobras do you see out there that look exactly like originals.? My .02
