Default '69 Camaro RS/SS, GM Canada Docs, Sold New @ Gorries Chevrolet

While the car itself looks pretty decent, I'm more intrigued by the Gorries Chevrolet lineage. Neat Canadian performance dealer with great history....

Cool if Gorries delivered but best tread carefully as the 05/19 GM Vintage report indicates the seller is the Electric Garage...same group who were trying to pedal that bogus Copo car w/ fake VV Cooke paperwork 10+ years ago as this old thread...

Restored means different things to different people.
VIN sticker, 67 GM sticker, and 68 tire pressure sticker in the door jam?

That's not a high quality resto by any means. Look at the headlight door alignment.

The headlamp door speaks volumes. Not rocket science getting these to line up.

"350" emblem placement is off, that will hurt more to fix then headlight doors! Maybe that is why they did not try the hockey stripe.

Default Gorries Chevrolet Toronto

Great Toronto Performance dealer back in the day. My 65 L79 Corvette was delivered there new. One of the salesman, the late Gerry Coffey , kept sales invoices for every Corvette
he sold out of that dealership. A real treasure trove that I believe may be now in the hands of Lance Hill ?

Yep, one of my pet peeves. And those are obviously aftermarket fenders, as evidenced by the droop and the poor alignment with the grille surround.

Also noticed that there is no seam between rear quarters and the lower rear valence panel. What a shame - could have been a gorgeous car with some attention to detail.
