Default great GM picture site, FYI...

I did not know this was out there, just spent a 1/2 hr looking at some pics I never knew existed.
I really found amusing, the 70 chevelle SS with the added shark teeth, and then noticed its a 6 banger!
Great fun if you have not seen this website before.

I was checking these pictures on this site again, would this be a nickey or a motion in this pic?
Working on buying some pics as a christmas present for my garage...

It's very typical to take a base vehicle and dress it up for the brochure or for photo ops.

Obviously somebody blew it with that one (perhaps an advertising agent that wasn't very familiar with product content).

Maybe they were getting ready to test market a 6 banger SS due to fuel prices going up. In any case, would be a funny picture on a garage wall for a chevelle guy. Or maybe a mopar guy to mock a chevelle and laugh at

Couple of mistake photos in there. A Hugger orange Z with black stripes, but no black vinyl roof. You would think GM would get it right.

There is a lot of churn, especially at the last minute.

Trim packages and option availability are especially volatile.

I'm not surprised at all and, truth be told, I've probably been responsible for some screw ups myself.
