Yes, you need a pair for your centerlink...one for the idler arm connection and one for the steering box/Pitman connection.

The Inline Tube "64-81 Center Link Washer" (ILT #15036) set is a pair. I have them right here in front of me as I recently ordered some from them.

These have a steel "ring" piece molded inside the rubber "washer". The factory parts had the same thing and GM had to have done that for a reason (remember, the steel insert adds cost). I suspect it was to keep the inserts from trying to distort or "fold" when the steering wheel was turned and things started rotating on these steering parts.

Kudos to Inline Tube for making a part with the factory features instead of just selling a cheaper rubber-only disc.

They also sell some rubber tie rod boots that are a nice duplicate of the factory tie rod boots if you are looking for those as well.
