Default Drew Skillman moves to Grey Motorsports

Any of you Pro Stock enthusiasts have inside info as to why Skillman left
Richard Freeman and ELITE........

I'm at Mission City, BC Canada this coming Fri-Sun
at NHRA Div 6-3 points race helping Jeff and Cody Lane in Comp and Super Stock.

In July Hancock and Lane will be at The JEG's All Star Race
at Route 66 Dragstrip in Joliet, IL

Here is Richard Freemans view on the move...

https://dragillustrated.com/team-owner-r...-drew-skillman/

Maybe Drew saw the grass or "Gray" was greener on the DARK side? Drew was 4th in points and the highest in the Elite 4 with all that the team has done for him and how Erica has taken him under her wings and tought him the Pro Stock ropes. Now Erica and Richard Freeman knows how Warren Johnson felt when Greg Anderson left to drive on his own. Will see what the future holds for Drew.

There is no douubt Elite is having issues with their new program, Hemi, let alone EFI. Gray is one of the main engine suppliers. After reading both articles it seams like the old story. Driver looks at another team and current owner tells him to hit the bricks. Well enough drama for the day. Back to the garage, building the worst 65 Chevelle in PA for my son

Watched qualifying last night. Just what I thought. Skillman went shopping, Freeman sound out and cut him loose. Usual racing feelings hurt
