GMAC Lighted Sign
Has anyone here very seen a sign like this one or know anything about it? A friend picked it up recently and is curious as to how old it is and what it might be worth
Thank you, James

Just by the design, I'd guess late 30's. It definitely has the art deco appearance. It reminds me a lot of my '38 coupe hood.
The car pictured has headlight in fender styling and that started in 1941 and looks like the pics I looked.

I would agree with the 30s. The ribbed glass is very hard to find to close to impossible.
The can has good value but the graphics are going to have to be redone. $500.00 to $700.00 on a good day. My friend has the graphics already. |

MIC was formed in 1939. GMAC had already been around for quite a while.
