Default Nova question

Was there such thing as a dealer installed cowl induction air cleaner option on Nova's. This ad shows one just currious?

He might be referring to an over the counter Cowl Plenum.

If you hit the "see all 12 pics" tab in his ad you will see that it does indeed hava a GM cowl plenum setup on the motor

Sorry my bad, iluv69s is right, I forgot to say to click on see all 12 pics to see the induction set up, just wondering if indeed this was an option, and how rare it was on the nova's?

Dealer installed would not technically be an option. More like a dealer add on.. Looks pretty well done, but I'd need a dealer invoice before I said I'd believe it. It is kinda cool.

I bet that cowl plenum set up came it the trunk when the car was delievered new

I believe this is DENIFINATELY a dealer add on.. I don't know of any Novas that ever came out of the factory with this option.. Very nice car though!! Love the automatic column shift.... VERY COOL!!!!
