is the stripe COPO number assigned known?? and possibly the ECL suffix's determine color

Was there ever a dual (Z/28 style) COPO hood stripe on the hood only.. in conjunction with the fender stripes?

Yes. The Black Orange RS still exists in NE Ohio. Owner is a guy named Kim something. He is a member of the N.E.O.C.C.
