Default '65 Corvair Corsa 4-sp Convertible, 40k-mile Barn Find, Nickey Dealer Car?

I'm only assuming it was a Nickey car due to the ancient dealer decal on the tail panel. Pretty cool piece regardless.

----Pretty solid old Corvair. Could the SIU on the back window be southern Illinois University? It would back up the Nickey emblem. Take a look at the serial #, The car is a W30!!!LOL......Bill S

Love second gen Corvairs. This one has a lot going for it. 4 speed, turbo and a convertible.

Although car in primer is a bit scary. Proceed with caution. Not sure I buy the story that the car was stripped to bare metal and primered in epoxy. Who does that and then put on all the trim without a top coat? Seriously, your are RIGHT THERE.
