Default 1969 pace car 396/325 fuel line clips

I am restoring a original 69 Pace Car 396/325 with 67k. The double fuel lines clips are painted or coated with a dark olive with a brownish tint. I have not been able to match the color or to locate any information as to what color to refinish them and no one that I know reproduce them. There are several places that sell a reproduction clip but they are not the same design and they are a silver cad. I have included some pictures to show what mine look like.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My SS350 Dual fuel-line clips are the Same, those look Great.
Clean & Reinstall. It is my opinion the coating looks very preserved and just a bit of grime has accumulated in the interior of the loop.
At the outset one could go to a hobby shop and search out some military model enamels for a close color match maybe.

I have tried several paint places trying to create a match and have also tried the hobby stores with nothing real close on color.

I think I used army green which is flat & then sprayed them with a satin clear. Not perfect but good....Joe

I just did a set of clips using this, then light coat of satin gloss clear. - Bill W
