Default 1969 Big Block Chev exhaust manifolds

Pair of 1969 Chevy big block exhaust manifolds, part numbers RH 3916178, dated C14 9 and LH 3909879, dated C12 9.

I bought these several years ago to use on a 1969 L-78 Camaro that I was going to purchase to do a concours restoration on. That deal fell through, but I held onto these manifolds as they are absolutely perfect. I bought these from someone whose father removed them from his Camaro in 1969 to put headers on that car when the car was just a few weeks old. They still have orange overspray from 1969 from the original engine. They have surface rust but have been stored indoors for 50 years. They are not pitted. And, you can see the part numbers and dates extremely clearly. They are the nicest original set I have ever seen. I know the price is expensive, but if you are doing a concours restoration, you will not find nicer, original manifolds.

They have aftermarket smog tubes sitting in them for the photos as I had those tubes and put them in so I wouldn’t lose them.

Asking $950 for the pair, plus buyer will pay actual cost of shipping. Can text me at 206-310-2153 or PM me via Yenko.net. Thanks, Paul

Paul,

Could you please send me a few detailed shots of the overspray on these manifolds as to how far down on the manifold and how much?
text or email is fine- I would really appreciate it
I realize the re was no science or much thought given by the line worker- just want to use the info as reference
best wishes on the sale
Thank you
Fred
