Bad in my opinion.

The partial VIN doesn't make any sense to me. What is "D" for an assembly plant? Van Nuys was L and Norwood was N. The sequence number is way out also. seems weird the broach marks end as it goes under the head, doesn't it?

Eddie, I’m no expert on stamps, but Camaros were only built in Norwood which would be an N in the vin, or Van Nuys which would be an L. Sequentially, I’m pretty sure they started at 500000. Therefore, I don’t like it!

Is it a whole car? Or just the engine?

Did they go back to the vin on the pad in 70 or just on Los Angeles cars?
