No luck searching the boneyard but one fella's name on the door looks like a match.
Near Trail BC too, lives in Nelson and works in Slocan Park...see below.

Stumbled across this old Bette a few minutes ago knocked on the door and homeowner says it's not for sale. Looks like a different hood then normal.
