1966 impala caprice console top gauges with Rare clock
66 impala gauge cluster with super rare clock instead of the common Manifold vacuum. Glass is good chrome bezel is not broken or cut short like most. The plastic housing had one repair on the side then repainted Black. Please view pictures. Not many clocks came in these gauge packs. Ships for free in the continental USA only. Nice piece. That means the car had a factory tach (which bumped the clock out of the standard dash hole), correct?

I think Jeff meant that the in-dash tach pushed the clock to the console position in this case.

Yes moving the clock to the console mount gauges was the common method with in dash tach but if the owner ordered tach but wanted the Manifold vacuum gauge still the clcok was dash mounted using the same clcok as the chevelle Z16. There is an original 427 car in MN setup this way, I also bought that same clock among other parts from a guy parting out a very rusty 396 yellow convertible with every option available roughly 15yrs ago.
