My factory original RS inner fender doesn't have those holes.

Cruise was only available in 67 and 68, not in 69. Assuming those are factory holes...

these inner fender are original to the car if they belong there great I just don't want to pull off the fender and repair the holes when they should be there ?? thanks guys
