Great car. 302 Boss have been one of my favorites and a friend of mine, his brother inlaw owned a 69 Boss 302. Went for a ride and was very impressed with this 4 speed car and the rev ability of that engine too. Big valve heads back then, maybe a bit if overkill but never the less a quick car. A great barn find here. A real beauty.

Factory Boss 69 Heads came with huge 2.23 intakes valves, 1.71 exhaust valves. These heads had huge ports. Impressive engine with forged crank, forged pistons, forged rods, solid lifter cam, high riser aluminum intake, Holley 780 carb. Impressive engine and still to this day kick myself for not buying that orange factory 69 Mustang Boss 302 back in 1977 i had a chance to buy. I am sure plenty of us guys were in the same boat back in the day.
