Would all 70 Camaros have the bullet sport mirror? Reason for asking is seller also has a 70 SS L34 car and it has the standard mirror, I don't remember seeing that?

Would an LA produced 70 have the VIN on the engine pad?

No. D35 is the option sport mirror code including left and right hand mirrors. I'm not sure if the sport mirrors came with the Z21 style group which includes the moldings on the hood, top fender, top of doors, roof and quarter. Also tail lamp accents. It also appears it has the Z23 interior accent group. Missing is the wood grain instrument panel.

Being a '70 Z-28, shouldn't it/does it have the Bolted in Heel Pivot style Gas Pedal? ~ Pete .

It is a beautiful car at 20 ft, but there seems to be some fitment issues with gaps. Looks like this area has had some repair to it. Were the factory gaps this terrible ?

I zoomed in on the interior shot and the floor mounted pedal is visible....but it shouldn't have the bright accents on the brake and clutch pedals. I'm not sure if the sport mirrors came with the Z21 style group The dual sport mirrors, (D35), were a stand alone option not included with any other package in '70. Would an LA produced 70 have the VIN on the engine pad? Typically yes, but we've seen some legitimate LA big blocks around this time frame that had the VIN stamped by the oil filter. Not saying this one is legit or not, but would require more in depth investigation.
