What a deal ! Don’t know when this was published , by year of cars around time of oil embargo / gas crunch ?

How we used to travel,no seatbelts and both your parents smoking in the front seat with all the windows closed.
A miracle we survived.

any idea what year this ad is from? either its his sales gimmick to "lower" the price on everything or was it during the gas crunch when you couldnt hardly give a musclecar away.

The insurance industry killed 60s/70s muscle cars. Don Yenko said as much in his famous MCR interview.

By 1971, if you could find insurance, it was prohibitively expensive. Resale value tanked, dealers didn't want to trade them in.
