Driver Bill Murphy? Bill Thomas Race Cars. Interesting that the headlight surrounds are missing? Looks like red big block flags, which would be 427....but it says 396ci 375HP on the circular sticker on the fender? Also has JS Speed Center, Westminster, Ca.
