Default No more Camaro?

Similar to Dodge, GM announcing no more Camaro after 2024. Should WE run out and get one ?

Current Chevrolet Camaro Dead After 2024, Is "Not The End" For Pony Car

Quote:
However, it appears the book won't stay closed forever. In the press release, Chevrolet Global Vice President Scott Bell promises it's not the end of the road for Camaro. Unfortunately, the automaker doesn't have any information regarding a potential successor at this time.

How much marketing has happened on the Camaro since say 2015? From what I have seen its been sparse. So its no surprise that Chevrolet would axe it. Its sad but I don't feel sorry for Chevrolet and think they are headed down the wrong path but wtf do I know. Answer - not much. I'm sure it'll come back as a 4 door electric and be called Panther or some shit..

Agreed, Chevy's promotion of the Camaro has been a fraction of what Dodge has done for the Challenger.

The final special 6th gen will just be one-year colors and some badging... meh.

I'm pretty much a Camaro guy and will eventually get a 6th gen to modify for fun but I have no idea what a 7th gen might be. If it's EV I'm not gonna get one.

Despite the doom and gloom, I'm sure we'll see another Camaro very soon.

I bought a 2002 SS new back when GM stated that would be the last year for Camaros. I still have it. I might look into a 2024 Camaro, the current last year. I would never buy an EV Camaro.
